Beautiful evening in this restaurant with a super nice old setting. Very warm welcome. Very good service. The manager is great! As for gastronomy, we taste a foie gras Sauternes and asparagus that live up to expectations, then a long-cooked lamb and its very tasty vegetables. Good choice of vegetables that we enjoy finding (turnips / carrots / artichokes / new potatoes...). All washed down with a very fruity Aligoté Burgundy - great - great discovery! A Norman hole to finish with a homemade apple sorbet...a taste of 100% preserved apple bathed in a magnificent calvados. A reasonable addition for the whole. Go there with your eyes closed if you haven't tried it yet! Thank you for this party.

Great restaurant. There were 9 of us and everyone loved it. Starters, main courses, desserts were all great.
Pleasant service. The restaurant is small but not noisy. Well done to the team.
I recommend without hesitation.

Yes, it's fresh and very well cooked with a short and rather classic menu for a seemingly reasonable price, but the multiplication of supplements is unbearable. Either we offer a more expensive menu or we stick to the proposed price with an adapted menu, right?

Terrific restaurant located a little out of the way in the very center of Caen. Coming for a romantic dinner, we enjoyed beautiful and delicious dishes, prepared with care and made with quality food. The vegetables are particularly tasty. The stone interior is very pleasant, and the service was impeccable. My girlfriend accidentally spilled her glass of wine. The waiter, not content with not being offended to see his beautiful stained tablecloth, even reserved it at no extra cost!

I took the main course + dessert formula because with the starter it would have been too expensive and I wouldn't have had time to finish everything. Because I really enjoyed it.
Dish: sea bass fillet and its accompaniment of diverse and colorful vegetables (spleen type potatoes, rutabaga, turnips, carrots). The fish is very well cooked. Only regret: I would have liked to have more.
Dessert: apple crisp.
Only one thing to remember: you have to go.
