This establishment honors the French hotel and restaurant industry. Everything is perfect. The room is very pleasant, the restaurant offers excellent value for money cuisine, the staff is very available, cheerful and caring. We feel welcomed. The setting of the completely renovated hotel is also remarkable with a very pretty garden. All in all, it's flawless, so congratulations and thank you!

We (3 guests) chose the Calypso Menu with food/wine pairing (4 glasses). Our dinner was a pure pleasure: perfect cooking, seasonings, combinations… Boldness, especially for the “wines” offered; superb surprises and discoveries… Considering the preparations, dressing, quality of the products and the relaxed but efficient service, the prices seemed completely justified to us... We will come back with pleasure to try the “chefs’ menu”… Special mentions to the “Roasted monkfish with herbs, green asparagus & morel sauce” and the last glass served with dessert: a delicious cocktail, not very sweet, vodka/rosemary infusion/Szechuan pepper! some photos: “Cod ceviche, with fresh herbs”, “Hot oysters (Tatihou), champagne and caviar sabayon”, “Apple case infused with blackcurrant cream and saffron, bergamot emulsion”

A very good restaurant that I highly recommend! Excellent and seasonal dishes. The choice of desserts is great: a dessert farandole on a trolley is really pleasant and rare!

We had dinner and slept there, the establishment being very well rated, we were just a little afraid of a somewhat stuffy and somewhat cold atmosphere. Well no, in addition to a delicious meal and a top room, we were pleasantly surprised by quality staff and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Well done.
