Un menu surprise nous attendait et quelle surprise ! Nous ne nous attendions pas à un tel régal. Le menu a été magique du début à la fin; avec des produits de grandes qualités. Et quelle vue magnifique ! C’est certain qu’à notre prochain passage dans la région, nous reviendrons.

An exceptional dining experience at the foot of Mont Ventoux with panoramic views of Provence, unfortunately it had already gotten dark when we visited, but that means we have a great excuse to come back and enjoy the breathtaking views during of our next visit!
A very nice experience in this warm place. The decoration is very elegant and the welcome warm. We discovered a very pretty, intimate table there; where the chef prepares the dishes in front of you or almost and where he walks around the room. We felt like guests there. And the kitchen. wow!! a real discovery!! Truffle menu for us that day but we were especially seduced by the balance of tastes. It is not easy to successfully enhance the truffle without it taking up all the space and masking the other flavors! this was not precisely the case. All flavors are respected. And we particularly appreciated the seasonings which perfectly combine flavors that are always very clear!! We are already looking forward to coming back
A great restaurant!! A magnificent view in summer and winter and the staff at the top!! We go there often and are always well received, and the dishes are delicious...
