Glad to see the renews lounge in Bordeaux. The only acceptable place in this terrible airport. Lounge is small but great to grab a coffee or snack before your flight. Several seating options but lounge can feel a bit crowded at peak time. Usual snack /coffee/drink options for an Air France lounge. Staff was courteous. It’s a no thrill but does the job kind of lounge

The Lounge is very close to the boarding gates. It was renovated in the summer of 2023, which makes the place very pleasant, with typical Air France modern decor, and several possible choices for seating: sofa / bench; armchair ; high chair ; work table… There are 220 and USB sockets, free WIFI and a basic buffet of snacks: a few biscuits, apples, chips, small salty biscuits… as well as Nespresso machines and a choice of different coffees , cold drinks, and teas. Depending on the time, you can sometimes find pastries, sometimes small savory sandwiches. However, the variety and choice are quite basic, and the offer is very limited compared to an Air France lounge like those at Charles de Gaulle, or even Lyon… As always, the welcome is very pleasant, with friendly staff without overdoing it. It is possible to obtain information on flights, particularly in the event of weather disruptions or strikes. A pleasant way to pass the time while waiting to board.

In our opinion the Air France/KLM Lounge in the Bordeaux Airport seems a little small, but it is clean and comfortable. There was no warm food selections on the day I was there but they did have a selection of warm and cold beverages and snacks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and it was super conveniently located near our gate.

Bruyant avec de nombreux voyageurs (toujours les mêmes) qui hurlent dans leur téléphone... Cependant pause appréciable en transit avant un long vol.

Très bel endroit. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Une hôtesse et un personnel attentionnés.
