La Bucherie sur Paris

Excellent welcome, very good cuisine. Very nice with children! In a small pedestrian street. A great address to remember.

We stopped here with my partner to have dinner before heading to the Musée d'Orsay. The food is not good. I ordered carbonara pasta and it had no taste except for onions. My companion asked for his meat rare, it arrived like the sole of a shoe. The onion soup was burnt. The highlight of the show was the bill: €76. Error on the price of the menu displayed at €25 which increased to €27 and my companion had ordered a café au lait, he was billed for a café à la crème. The waitress suggested we change the bill and call her manager. In order not to annoy him, we did not change the note. The service is average. The staff speaks no, or almost no, English... On the banks of the Seine, in Paris!? A man came to bother us to sell us flowers? Put him out? We are eating, is it possible to do it in peace?

Nice restaurant, good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff who try to speak English and please you.

The place needs to be renovated, in many places it looks old and not exactly clean. The staff is courteous but the service very slow. Also the food is of average quality, it could be better, the bathrooms could be better too.

Food was ok, nothing great. The onion soup a bit weak. The service was good and friendly and the waiter spoke English. The place was ok, comfortable enough but nothing special. Typical road side restaurant conveniently located near the quay with the iconic book stalls and you have a view of the Notre Dame. They have outside seating where you can sit and watch the world go by. It was ok to eat here as a place you happen to pass by on the way somewhere but I would not come here on purpose.

We came with my parents to this place, since from outside we were struck by the vibe of the place. The dishes we were served: onion soup, pizza, beef steak, creme brule, apple pie, were delicious. The service of the guy who attended us was excellent, willing to speak in Spanish and English so that we could understand each other. If life lets me return to Paris, I will surely dine here again, and I will recommend it to my acquaintances.

A maximalist restaurant, with heating, super cute. Large portions and good service :)
