Everyone arrives for the ceremony, which will last over 3 hours. When it takes more than 3 days to prepare a Peking duck, it takes 3 hours to taste it, served in 3 ways. Each chef will serve you this dish according to his story, a part of his life emerges. The chef's Peking duck, Monsieur Wo, deserves 5 stars.
