La nourriture est bonne ca là dessus pas de souci, par contre pas pouvoir payer en carte en 2024 on peut se poser des questions. Ca c'est vraiment tres énervant !

I go to Hanoi often and am familiar with the taste of Vietnamese pho, but the pho bo here is really the slightly sweet pho that you get in Hanoi. It's so delicious. They say they only accept cash. I gave them a card and they said no.

The taste is so good. I didn't know that they don't accept cash, so I went through a bit of trouble. If I go next time, I'll have to try the white rice noodles. Pre-meal meat is a delicacy

The noodles are the best. You can think of it as a smelly rice noodle soup, similar to Sundae Gukbap. You can think of it as beef intestine soup rather than red soup. It tastes like the old days. I went twice because it was delicious.

My comfort food in Paris. The pho stock is bland yet beefy, you may further season the soup with herbs,chilli, fish source or other ingredients provided. Portion of pho bo is generous. The steamed Spring roll is a must order item to me. Always a pleasure to dine in.

Restaurant basique, cantine populaire. J’y vais uniquement pour les soupes, le Pho est incontournable. Pour les autres plats je vais ailleurs.
