A delicious discovery. Kathmandu is a true traditional Nepalese restaurant, with typical food and drinks. The staff is friendly and welcoming, eager to advise and explain the different meals. The food is tasty and authentic. The restaurant is decorated with Nepalese masks and diverse other elements. At lunchtime a buffet is available. Overall, we really liked our experience here!

We travel when entering the restaurant, all the more so with a very warm welcome and a little note from the owner who knows how to talk about his country. The meal is tasty but simple. Good value for money for the neighborhood. Rice beer not to be missed!

Small restaurant with a traditional atmosphere where you can discover Nepalese flavors with the help of a waitress who is available and never intrusive. Overall I ate well, but some points need to be reviewed. The fairly high prices encourage the customer to choose one of the four apparently more advantageous fixed menus (between €20.50 and €22.50 for starter, main course and dessert/coffee/tea), but ultimately this is not a good choice. The problem is above all the main course: a bowl of rice with a series of fairly neutral and not particularly fresh accompaniments, shared by all the menus: spinach, spicy cauliflower, a sample of lentil soup, no more than 8 grams of tomato sauce and a few pieces of eggplant. The dish was good, but since it is a combination of simple ingredients and in small quantities, it does not justify the menu price. The vegetable momos were very interesting but also not exceptional, perhaps a little too soft on the bottom, which tended to break. The dessert, on the other hand, was a favorite: the sikarni - cinnamon yogurt with small, almost imperceptible pieces of butter - was the happy end of the evening. Please note: TheFork reduction is only valid for menus or when ordering starter + main course + dessert (or starter + side dish + main course). It is therefore not that advantageous.

Encore une belle découverte. C'est, d'après la patronne, le seul restaurant typiquement Nepalais de France! Je ne la contredirai pas.... Accueil au top, bonne cuisine et ambiance sympa. À refaire.
