Jiva Hill Resort offers a delightful escape with its array of amenities, including a well-appointed tennis court,billiards, and baby foot. However, while the resort excels in providing recreational options, its restaurant leaves much to be desired. The tennis court at Jiva Resort provides enthusiasts with a picturesque setting to enjoy their favorite sport, while the billiards room offers a refined atmosphere for leisurely games. Additionally, the babyfoot area adds a touch of fun and excitement for guests of all ages, creating memorable moments of camaraderie. Despite these appealing features, the dining experience at the resort falls short of expectations. The restaurant’s menu boasts an enticing selection, but its exorbitant prices coupled with disappointingly small food portions leave diners feeling unsatisfied. While the quality of the cuisine may be commendable, the value proposition is severely undermined by the high costs and meager servings.

Good morning, This is now the 3rd or 4th time at this hotel. We wanted to discover the new superior rooms which have much less charm than the deluxe rooms. Too bad because with the increase before we could still have a deluxe room for less than 300 euros per night. We enjoyed the gourmet restaurant, very professional service and good food. We also tried the breakfast in the room because before we had it in the room, nothing to see, much more choice and really very exceptional between the view of Mont Blanc and really everything homemade and the wide choice of food really at home. top thank you for this unique moment. What it is about is the spa, the water in the pool at 27 and the jacuzzi at 29 are the standards but a little cold for my taste. We wanted to be served two cocktails 20 euros per cocktail I find it very expensive especially no taste very disappointed really the big negative point of our stay. The waiter passes at least quite often between the bar and the swimming pool, no slippers on his feet, I find it very limited in terms of hygiene. We had a pleasant stay and were very well received by the whole team and the director. Good luck to all

An incredible girls' weekend. The staff, the restaurant, the room, the decor, the setting and the location lived up to our expectations. I would go back there with my family.

Magnificent estate, the room was clean, luxurious, spacious, large terrace with private jacuzzi, well equipped and furnished, big + for the minibar included in the price of the room, it was well stocked with drinks, unfortunately almost nothing to snack on. Too bad no attention on arrival in the room (chocolate or other), for a 5 star it's regrettable, but a little departure gift which is nice. The bar was very nice, the bar staff welcoming, it was very good but also very expensive. Perfect room service. The spa is nice, as are the massages even if an effort could be made on communication. The downsides: - staff members who talk a lot among themselves about their private lives in front of customers, particularly to complain about their work...; - the excessive price of shuttle taxis, they take advantage of the fact that the hotel is extremely poorly served, which is also very regrettable, and take advantage of the price of the taxi to return to the airport or train station ; - the difficulty of accessing the hotel if there is no vehicle; - work during our visit, which causes noise and inconvenience even though we were not even informed. We wanted to be calm, but that was a failure. While we were relaxing on the loungers after a massage, the workers were walking back and forth looking at us, which was quite unpleasant; - the lack of privacy (opposite) in the lodge. Overall a very pleasant stay, a magnificent room and a beautiful environment, but the services, communication and staff do not follow the level of a 5 star. It still remains a very nice experience.

Chic and family establishment which allows you to spend a weekend of rest and total well-being; Special mention for the spa and the benefits of Matteo’s massages a well-equipped gym the aperitif around the pool table was great, and with today's sun, we would have liked to play a little pétanque... Our stay at Jiva Hotel as a couple, accompanied by our dog, was delightful. The service was exceptional and friendly, the Jardin restaurant offered delicious cocktails, and the SPA and massage experience were fantastic (we enjoyed the nordic spa). The only downside was the limited availability of “healthy” options in the food selection, lacking appealing seasonal salads or vegetarian choices. Despite this, it was an overall wonderful experience. Special thanks to Marc from f&b and Marina from the SPA.

Un havre de paix où tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien. L’accueil est parfait,les chambres magnifiques et le restaurant italien exquis. On reviendra certainement !
