A very beautiful museum with very beautiful works for the permanent part: nothing to say about that! The temporary part remains to be reviewed... A little too abstract for my taste... Explanations in other languages ​​for temporary collections would be a good thing! On the other hand, the only museum where the guards tell you 4 times to carry your backpack in front, or in your hand for reasons of "security" while the works are paintings or spaced 5 meters from each other... I don't understand the point of doing this, other than directly forcing people to leave their bags in the luggage storage, because this approach is exaggerated and reduces the desire to visit. Mixed.

Beautiful museum with a surprising number of old Dutch masters. Names that are familiar to me, but also many that I have never heard of, let alone seen. For that reason alone it is worth a visit for Dutch people.

Very beautiful museum with a magnificent permanent collection. Allow at least 2 hours to visit it. Fortunately it is possible to go out for a break and come back in the same day

04/04/2024: Lovely restaurant with loads of seating and well laid out so you aren't sitting on top of each other. I had a pizza and my wife had a pasta dish which were both lovely and full of flavour, sometimes this type of meal can be bland but this certainly wasn't. Would recommend and go back.
28/03/2024: It's not just pizzas and pastas (which are delicious by the way) full of Italian specialties, a nice restaurant as we like them
