We had not been to Il Cappello since pre Covid. Really pleased that menu and service has not really changed. We had a lovely evening. Nice, unpretentious, good value food with good variety. Kids loved it, as did adults. Ladies who run the restaurant are very accommodating, easy to park. We won’t leave it so long next time - thank you Il Capello.

L'endroit est agréable, la pizza est bonne. Bonne pâte, sauce tomate fraîche et parfumée, garniture généreuse, cuisson parfaite.

11/05/2024: We stayed one night. Very warm welcome, pleasant room, very beautiful view of the castle from our balcony. Hearty breakfast. The hotel is well located on the village street. So for the hotel it's okay. Unfortunately we reserved a table at the restaurant in the evening. The starter was not risotto as described, but poorly cooked, hard and dry rice. After the very poorly designed dish, lukewarm, not great taste and poorly cooked veal. It's a shame because it was to celebrate a birthday, I don't recommend this restaurant.
10/05/2024: We visited the restaurant for dinner . The food was good . However it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for it to arrive (we were the first people to arrive) and that’s after we inquired about it . The white wine was hot (we were able to taste it though) and we had no bread at our table , we had to ask for it .
