Enough for a short night. The smell of humidity is very annoying but otherwise there is just what is needed Surprise: "are you in the parking lot? Yes? Well that makes you €9" This was not noted anywhere!

Located in the center, very good beds, no construction or traffic noise. Extremely friendly staff and rooms at a normal price. Pet friendly.

Nice hotel 10 mins walk away from main town centre. Dogs were welcome €6 each for the night. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking for €9 per night.

Excellent welcome. Really very pleasant and attentive staff. Modern and very comfortable room. Only negative point: the catering. Everything is made from industrial or vacuum-packed products. No seasonal produce, no real vegetarian option, etc. So yes, it's not specific to this hotel or restaurant (the same industrial fries, the same bagged salad and the same fairly low-end meats..) , but this mediocre standard is boring...

I spent a few days in February in this establishment during training. The staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. I didn't give 5 stars everywhere because: * Regarding the rooms, the lighting is a little light, too dim. However, the room is spacious, well arranged to be able to work there in the evening and the bathroom, although without frills, is quite spacious. * As for service, the catering consisted of microwaved jars. The reasons for closing the kitchen were completely understandable, and the desire to offer an alternative was commendable. The prices, however, remained quite high, as they were reheated prepared meals. To conclude, having also tried another Hotel in Rouen, better rated and with more "instagrammable" rooms, but ultimately less pleasant... I will choose the B&B without hesitation if I return to Rouen.

Very Correct, the staff is welcoming and helpful, the rooms/corridors remain dated despite a renovation, the breakfast room is very correct.

Convenient welcoming hotel close to the city center

Very good hotel, very welcoming and friendly staff, they listen to customers and understand the problems encountered. The room is quite large and nothing to complain about in terms of cleaning. Very pleasant stay, I recommend and I will come back. We had a very good stay.
