Very good hotel!! Very friendly, approachable and accommodating service!! Ideal and central location, so you're not far from the city center. There are also enough parking spaces in front of the hotel!! Best hotel in Vitry le Francois!!

Having stayed with my boyfriend in this hotel for 5 days, I can assure you that this hotel is excellent! Fair price, heated room with TV, unlimited breakfast… The cleaners also do a splendid job every day. The receptionist and manager always available at any time, ready to intervene for these customers. On a business trip, I stayed three nights in this hotel. The welcome was particularly warm, the hostess being both courteous and available. The rooms, modern and well equipped (don't trust Google images), offer notable comfort, notably thanks to extremely comfortable bedding and a connected TV. The daily cleaning service also contributes to this appreciable level of comfort. The varied breakfast offers an assortment of sweet and savory foods with fresh produce. The hotel's location is ideal, offering stunning views of the beautiful neighboring church. However, one point to improve would be the soundproofing, both interior and exterior, to guarantee optimal tranquility for all customers.

Very warm welcome with a last minute arrival without booking. Large, spacious room and hot tub. Super relaxing after a day of walking. Varied breakfast and beautiful room.

I have come to this establishment twice now. Hotel in the city center of Nikel. Top service, doesn't leave people without solutions. Handle problems immediately!! Manager attentive to her customers, very smiling. I recommend 100%. Besides, I’ll be back soon!! Cedric

Mon avis perd une étoile car le spa était fermé alors que j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour son spa. Néanmoins il est très bien placé, la chambre avec baignoire est très bien mais si située sur la rue on entend la circulation (mais en hiver c'est calme après 20h!). Le pdj à 10e est complet (machine à vrai jus d'orange !) et surtout l'accueil est extra. Bref, je recommande.

Bonjour a tous, cet hôtel est très bien situé, très proche du centre ville. La chambre est correcte , les petits déjeuner sont très complets avec du choix en tout point. Le hic est qu’il n’y ai pas de restauration sur place mais pas mal de choix aux alentours. Durant mon sejour de 3 jours je n’ai malheureusement pas eu d’eau chaude ce qui fait chuter ma note car de ce temps là c’est vraiment désagréable de ne pouvoir se doucher après une journée passée dans le froid…

Un hôtel plus qu’agréable avec du personnel hyper sympathique. Calme, reposant, propre
