Wherever I go, in France or elsewhere, Hirsinger remains THE reference for chocolate for me. World class! Who else can make horseradish and absinthe chocolate that's delicious? Let's hope he finds a worthy buyer when he retires...

During a visit to Arbois I took the opportunity to test the chocolates from MOF Hirsinger Not too much of a wait despite the vin jaune breakthrough weekend. Rather efficient service and attentive staff. Possibility to choose and pay then take everything at the end of the day. The chocolates themselves: they’re very good. Not too sweet. You can smell the raw materials. Special mention on the almond praline with Timur pepper, pralines in general, pink ganache I haven't tried the pastries Well done

Venu aujourd'hui pour une commande faite la veille, tarte citron 6 personnes,+ 7 ,gâteaux individuels ..bref 70 euros .Et très déçu car Tarte gâteaux même pas présentés m et parti avec mes 2 boîtes dans la main même pas un sac de transport !!!l essentiel il semblerait ici est de faire une carte bleue ! Dommage patisserie très bonne.

Une jolie boutique de chocolats ,de bonnes quiches salées et d’excellentes pâtisseries. Un grand merci au jeune homme qui nous a servi au déjeuner, votre café était bon .
