A real renewal for the Hippo Confluence, now in the image of the Steakhouse: upon entering we are taken care of by a very professional manager (giving us a very well thought-out gift for the children), in an airy and well decorated room, in which there are service islands bringing responsiveness from the servers, and ESPECIALLY excellent entrecôte which was sufficient in itself (with that good taste of flame so 'Steakhouse!) Our server, Hugo, followed our service very well. We will come back as a family with pleasure.

Lots of people and therefore a lot of waiting, the meat is good, the cooking respected, too bad for the fries which are not homemade. There is a nice menu with plenty of choice. The service is friendly, we were even offered a digestive. Not disappointed

A very nice rediscovery: a super nice setting and delicious dishes. Special mention for the service: the kindness and attention that the waiter Pierre gives to his customers and the welcome for a family with 4 children allowed us to have an excellent evening! We will come back with Plaisir

22/03/2024: My favorite café in Lyon for the atmosphere and tradition. I have already been more than 10 times since I arrived in Lyon. On the other hand, the service needs to improve, already we don't want to go there for a coffee to have fun and be treated badly. I have already been treated badly at least 3 times, the waiters have already asked me to change places, I could not choose the table where I would like to sit, since the whole restaurant was empty and things like this always happen . The service lacks to match the atmosphere. The Gastronomy and Cocktails are generally good, but if the atmosphere is full the quality of things drops a lot.
