An exceptional experience, excellent cuisine, an unforgettable moment with a chef who is so approachable, kind, she is a woman with high quality and a wonderful brigade, I recommend the experience to everyone, we loved it

Very good experience. Surprised by the concept at a collective table. The dishes are very well prepared, excellent even the offal goes easily. I appreciated Théophile Gautier's text, I projected myself with the singing accent of Hélène Darroze.

Noisy room. Association of dishes not always successful. Stains on the table when removing the plate, no one had the IDEA OF WIPING IT. WHEN AT THE SHARED TABLE, TB FOR PARISIAN BOBOS that we take for HIGH-FLYING PIGEONS.. THE ONLY THING WE DON’T SHARE IS THE ADDITION. DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS RESTAURANT. Table too wide

Much anticipated lunch at Marsan. Perfect welcome, a little piece of history, a charming lady, hello from the cooks, walking past them, the excitement... The room is as I expected, it's a spectacle for me. The materials used, the balance, the comfort. Welcomed in the room by the team who will take care of us. Charming, these great professionals punctuate the moment like a team reciting their scales, over practiced, but perhaps a little too present at times to allow us to fully enjoy the moment and relax. As for the kitchen, a little disappointed to have to eat with your fingers... and a certain lack of flavors. It wasn't bad of course but I expected it to outperform other 1 star restaurants or even none. The dessert was really good, thumbs up for that.

The acoustics are unfortunately not well managed in the restaurant…

Great experience! Very caring staff. We will appreciate the short introductory visit with a few words about the restaurant, its chef and a greeting to the brigade. The 6-course menu is hearty and tasty. We really appreciated the appetizers and other little touches throughout the meal. Special mention to the corn tortilla with its fish, the suckling lamb and the foccacia with its goose fat. Slight downside on ambient noise but it's not really the restaurant's responsibility. Two well-deserved stars!

Magnificent place, refined and delicious cuisine. A perfectly executed service. We can only appreciate the experience.

WOW! Do not miss this place. The experience was incredible, even for lunch! Staff was extremely friendly and professional. White glove service. The champagne and cognac carts were very fun. They helped us celebrate our new engagement and we really felt we were among friends and family as soon as we walked in.
