Delices de Yifan sur Rouen

28/03/2024: This place was very different than I expected. It wasn’t a restaurant but kind of like a buffet. You go to the front and you say what food your want. Then they weigh the food you want and then you pay. Finally, you can sit down and eat. I like this process as it is very quick and good if you are in a rush. The food is also very decent. They also come with free water which is rare in a place like Europe. Overall, pretty good place to go.

22/03/2024: Quick service with tasting food, right level of flavors, beef samosas, veggie rolls, lunch items were all well enjoyed by my party
