Hotel well located just outside the metro, quiet and clean room, secure elevator. Be careful however, 2 lamps do not work in the room so it is not easy in the evening to read or work on the computer.... Very friendly and welcoming teams, top breakfast 👍 Very practical meeting room for groups. I will come back with pleasure 😊

Good welcome. Moderately soundproofed room. We could hear the window in the next room creaking as if it was in our room and we could also hear everything the person said. Lack of towels and a toilet brush. Pleasant staff

Possibility of late arrival, smiling and courteous welcome whatever the time for this hotel located next to the metro and one station from Paris. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, the room without any noise. A good address.

The staff is very friendly, the room clean even if it is a little small....some problems with adjustments with the shower....

Well located hotel with metro nearby, shops, restaurant. The rooms are acceptable. The double glazing is excellent, you don't hear the noise from the street, but on the corridor side it's another story... The staff is top notch, smiling, polite, friendly and accessible, +++ for them.

For the price, its okay. 24H check in and check out. Staff speaks some english. Daily room service includes vacuum (i think). Close to metro #5. (Although 5Metro had works done, still close to porte de pantin but would add 20mins compared to taking #5 Metro. Otherwise still very accessible if not bothered with walking). Boulangerie, convenience store, and KFC nearby 😂 Hot shower available with toiletries. Elevator. - Rooms are too dusty, and could use a good wet vacuum clean. Rooms need better ventilation. AC wasnt working, but have 1 window to open for cold air (at the expense of privacy). Extremeley Busy at night time due to local pub / ?betting pub.

The staff very smiling and welcoming. Perfect bedding. Perfect bathroom, no noise, and a tailor-made breakfast. What else?
