Boulangerie Ange Carcassonne

01/04/2024: We went twice during our visit to Carcassone. Quality products at a reasonable price. I was surprised by the number of customers who came in to take the loaves of bread 6 at a time. I was also grateful that it was the only place open on Easter Monday. The staff, although they did not speak Spanish, made an effort to understand us and serve us well.
