29/10/2023: A new place in Obernai which gives both a facelift and a touch of class to the city. Such a place was missing and its arrival is a good thing. The place is very friendly, very cozy, full of finesse and very classy, ​​cozy and calm atmosphere (music present but not deafening). The cocktail menu varies between great mixology classics and some reinterpretations of classics. The choice of so-called exceptional spirits is rather "classic" and perhaps lacks a touch of originality. Taste-wise, the po...star martini was excellent. Very well balanced between sweetness and acidity. The “foam” on top was clearly controlled because it was neither too present nor too light. A good time of rest before the service to make it appear. Clearly controlled. The Manhattan was fragrant but, for my taste, too diluted. A 100% spirits cocktail should be a bit more robust. Good choice of martini though. The 2nd chance was a real pleasant surprise. Very delicate with very beautiful floral notes on the finish. The clear ice cube with print on the top had a very nice effect. Clearly a good touch, simple but very tasty.
