Disappointing to note that an establishment praising impeccable customer service around well-being experiences and highlighting the possibility of sharing these exceptional moments via gift vouchers refuses any compromise for a date passed by a few weeks on a service. several hundred euros, in an unpleasant personal context. At this price level, we would have expected more understanding from Thalazur and its sales teams. This customer management experience is deeply disappointing for us compared to other establishments displaying similar standards and encourages us to avoid and advise against Thalazur establishments from this point of view. Edit: Following your response of February 12, I confirm that no deadline was granted to us by your sales department during our telephone calls and that to date (March 10), we are still waiting for 'a response from you to our postal letter of February 4.
