Very kind and helpful!!! Near metro !! Breakfast great !! Mineral water for free!!! I cannot find any bad thing in that hotel! I will come back for sure!!!Great for kids and family but for couples too!!!

Modern hotel. Good room, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Clogged bathroom drain. Front desk with a somewhat rude employee. Good breakfast, with unnecessary items and many others missing (hot milk, coffee machine without latte). Cheeses, only French, refuse to serve an Italian cheese. Overall the hotel is good, no less and no more.

Wooow!! Wonderful, from the rooms to the service to the breakfast to the staff...everything perfect! Strategic location with 3 metro stops, close to the hotel, a short distance from each other. Well done!

Hotel is located at a central place close to metro station. Good ambience. The room was quite small for a family of 4 for a hefty price. Stayed for 2 nights. View of the room could have been better , may be towards Eiffel Tower. Breakfast didn’t have any good vegetarian food. I travelled with family of vegetarians.

An excellent and quiet location

Hotel Novotel review, where we spent 3 nights in a larger group of 11 people, occupying 3 rooms: Cons: 1. The air conditioning didn't work in all rooms, making it very hot and difficult to sleep. The receptionist's response to the report was unprofessional, even rude, as he downplayed the problem, claiming that the air conditioning was working properly, which was untrue. To put it in his words, "Now in Paris they're heating, not cooling." 2. Breakfast was below the expected standard in a 4-star hotel, we would rate it more like 2 stars. It's dishonest for the hotel to suggest that rooms have air conditioning before the guest's arrival, and unfortunately, it falls into unprofessionalism. 3. The gym consisted of only three fitness machines, placed in a small room, which was inadequate. 4. Soap dispensers in the bathrooms were placed too high, making it impossible for children to practice proper hand hygiene independently. Pros: 1. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the center of Paris. 2. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning service was regular and thorough. 3. Water dispensers on the floors were a convenient amenity. 4. An additional positive was the pleasant experience at the bar on the 7th floor, where you could admire the view of the Eiffel Tower. The service was very friendly, but it's a shame the bar closed at 1 am. In summary, although this wasn't our first stay at Novotel hotels, this experience lowered the standard we usually expect from this chain. In our opinion, this hotel doesn't deserve 4 hotel stars, only 3 if they fix the air conditioning and improve the breakfast buffet. For now, the hotel actually deserves 2 stars and has a good location.

Very good location, next to bus stops and next to the metro station. Very complete and well-cleaned rooms, complete breakfast and very professional people who make your stay more pleasant. In short, an excellent choice to spend a few days in Paris

Truly one of the BEST hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We happened upon this hotel as a result of an airbnb stay gone wrong and they did not disappoint. We were in Paris for our elopement so we had to find a new hotel stat. We wandered into Novotel and instantly felt at ease. We explained our situation and they instantly sprung into action to help us. They showed us the room types to ensure they would fit our needs for our impending nuptials. The facilities and accommodations are truly stunning and the view of the Eiffel is to die for but on top of that the staff here are TOP NOTCH! Truly everyone we encountered was so pleasant and made us feel so at home. They really turned the entire trip around! We can’t say enough about what a great hotel choice this is. If you’re looking for modern luxury and excellent staff, this is definitely the hotel for you. Apologies, the best photos we have showcasing the room itself are from our wedding day.

I liked my stay, the room was very cozy, free of tobacco smoke, I really rested, the rooms were very clean, which I liked a lot, the only thing that really seemed disorganized to me was the breakfast, the superiors will check to see if there is a lack of more staff or delegate Well the functions, everything was missing a little, even the cutlery, they also gave me horrible cutlery, I am very meticulous with those details, we had to wait for the sugar for the coffee, the cutlery, the bread, the eggs, this should not happen Also, very little variety, I didn't understand why there was so much lack of control and disorganization in the breakfasts, otherwise I really liked it since my stay was very cozy, plus it has a good location, it's very good there are many cafes and places nearby to eat. The staff in my case were very friendly from the reception until the day I left. I recommend it despite the breakfast issue, since breakfast can be had anywhere else.
