Stayed 12 nights here & was good experience starting from check-in time,with Thurga & she was there when I checked out as well.Very helpful & pleasant.Stay was comfortable throughout. Though one hour early check-in was requested it was not provided, probably due to unavailability?

The staff is truly committed to making the guest feel welcome. Hospitality is in their blood. Thirga, and Wassif remember my name when I return. Vincent, who maintains the club lounge, is happy to go the extra step to ensure a memorable experience for the guest

Great service and location! Easily accessible to everything I needed to do on a work trip. Was also great meeting my own cultures like Niru from Sri Lanka! Fantastic services and very friendly at the counters. Even managed to do a free massage as it was available today! Will definitely be back! 😍
