A very pleasant setting where the smell of grilled meat awakens your senses. Beautiful area.

A rustic place where you share tables. Superbly grilled steaks, great cote de boeuf for two and excellent duck breast. Good foie gras and snails as starters, but do not forget the perfectly aged cheese!

One of the best place to eat meat in Paris. They are grilled on a wood flame. The prices are balancely adjusted. You get much more than you pay in terms of experience and taste. The environment is also very cozy. You definitely need to make a reservation otherwise you can't find any tables. Lasty, I highly recommend you to try creme brulee!

Wonderful experience! We were staying in the neighborhood and this place was on my list to visit. We didn't have a reservation but Francois was so kind to find us a table by the working fire later in the evening. The entire staff was very welcoming and it all starts with Francois. Meats cooked over an open fire, listen to the sizzle, smell the aromas. What a joy to dine here.

Llegamos por recomendaciones a este típico restaurante francés. Un lugar pequeño con mesas en un sótano y en el primer nivel, en su mayoría para compartir. Cocina y parrilla a la vista. El humo te lo llevas puesto. Pedimos morcilla con un puré de manzanas, estaba bien. Después nos decidimos por el cordero, chuletas y gigot, pedimos punto cocido y los dos platos vinieron sangrant. Las porciones son abundantes con acompañamiento de papas y ensaladas. El servicio excelente. Precios adecuados a Paris.

Recommended by friends. Restaurant specializes in steak, and make sure you try and reserve a table on main level (not downstairs), as the grills are open to viewing. My wife and I always say that the best part of travel is meeting people. If you agree then this is the place for you. We met a couple from Australia, a couple from Germany who now live in Lisbon, and a couple from Copenhagen and Florida! Fantastic meal and great conversation! Highly recommended!

05/04/2024: Never disappointed at 3V. A considerate and warm welcome. A refined, tasty cuisine with a touch of originality that delights our taste buds. The unique menu principle revealed over the weeks for each day of the following week allows you to go there without counting, without risk of getting bored. A very good value for money. We return there every time with pleasure.
05/04/2024: The very calm atmosphere and the nice decoration of the restaurant. This restaurant offers a single starter, main course and dessert per day. The entrance was interesting, but the presentation was not great. The meat in the dish was very well done, but the vegetables could have been better prepared. The dessert was very good. In general it's a good restaurant with very attentive service, but given the price I expected better. Maybe it wasn't the day suited to my tastes, I don't know. Despite that, I give it 4 stars and I will come back looking for the 5th!
