A good neo bistro address with simple but well-made dishes accompanied by mostly natural wines. Heartwarming welcome. Service just as friendly as the owner. This is an address to keep away from the tourist traps that abound in Nice. Prices a little high but within the local average.

We had a fantastic male server that was full of energy, incredibly kind and attentive to the table and really made the evening to see someone so smiley on the floor. Overall some of the best service we’ve had in Nice.

I highly recommend this place! The service is excellent, the dishes are very delicious, the wine selection is very interesting.
What I liked most is the presence of the chef and owner in every detail from the kitchen to the living room, congratulations!

Excellent gastronomic bistro in Nice! I loved it ! At Mallards, it represents a bit of everything I like when I go to a restaurant: REAL homemade food, affordable prices and; food made and served by passionate people who are driven by the desire to do things well. Here, it's the owner and the chef who come to serve to find out if you liked it, that's a change from restaurants for tourists who focus everything on the decor and not too much on the quality of the dishes... The room is and the atmosphere is cozy , it's nice. I will come back for sure, already one of my favorite addresses in Nice. Everything was good with traditional dishes but which are a little different from the original.
