Excellent place where the food is of high quality not to mention the setting not to be missed! (And if the one or those with whom you share this delicious meal bore you, all you have to do is look at the walls, you will have something to occupy yourself!) Top notch service! The 35th tourist menu is really good value for money! I recommend and above all advise you to make a reservation because you risk being disappointed to miss out on this restaurant!!!

50s atmosphere. We expect to meet Simone de Beauvoir, Sartre. We feel the experience among the owners. Are customers booboos? Very well eaten, homemade. Super Floating Island! Good red wine from the region, surprising.

Excellent cuisine, well-stocked plates, quantitatively satiating animal proteins, which is becoming rare.....now!! Well-crafted products, beautiful flavors. Special service, waitress overwhelmed and in a hurry, not knowing the products of the day...and not attentive! Pleasant retro atmosphere, requiring a lot of dusting and life! A renewal perhaps?

“Mythical” restaurant in Brive but which deserves a little objectivity.... Charming typical atmosphere and double room giving a family atmosphere with unique quotes, words and wall drawings. Quality cuisine with refined local products. But...because there is a but...: Service that could be better (feeling of sometimes being forgotten...or of having to "claim"). EXORBITANT prices!!! And be careful of the bill which, beyond being steep, is often false and not to your advantage... Paying €2,182 (including €10 too much due to a calculation error...), it is worthy of a gourmet with a service that Chez Francis does not offer. The frame is still expensive!! The price of aperitifs and wines is just completely crazy. So know before considering going there.

Excellent table. A must for local gastronomy. In addition, the prices are very affordable and the welcome is friendly.
