Here, we don’t come for one of those abstract things we call “experience”. We are accountable with the product, with what is good.
We appreciated these twists without distorting the base product.
Agile, graceful, the dishes come and go but are not alike.
The chef put everything he wanted to say and what I feel is that the products here are cherished so it goes straight to my heart. 🥰
We were advised to go to Château du Bost and we thank you for this attention.
Discreet servers but always there, a sommelier with ardent temptation.
Do not hesitate …
It was a beautiful moment...
For the night we'll talk about it again tomorrow but it's promising.

Booked on a Sunday lunchtime for a big family meal, we loved it! The setting is very beautiful, calm, the welcome is very warm. The chef has a lot of humor and made our meal very enjoyable. The dishes are plentiful and perfect. Thank you for everything !!!

On the road to Vichy, the Château du Bost called us for a culinary stopover. We had a frank and warm welcome from Chef Roesch who shared with us his talents and his love of the French gastronomic region, with just the right amount of originality. I can't forget the service which was also impeccable. A very good time, I highly recommend.

Very nice room in “superior” category, a large bathroom on the 2nd floor of the castle. We were welcomed for dinner by chef Stephane Roesch who took care of us, and the other customers, throughout the evening, in a way I had never seen a chef do. With great care for us, we had a real culinary experience. Breakfast should be chosen the day before to avoid buffets where you inevitably throw away and that’s very good. Short circuit for the products, partnerships with local producers, we enjoyed ourselves and will come back both for the smiles and the taste buds.

A must-see restaurant in Vichy and its surroundings, with a regularly updated menu! This time I chose scallops as a starter, crispy wild fish as a main course, cheese and a JPR-style sphinx (it's a family secret) as a dessert, and I loved it from start to finish. the end ! The Chef and his dining room team are simply adorable in their kindness and thoughtfulness, and you feel good in this restaurant. Congratulations to the whole team !
