27/01/2024: An excellent brewery. Very friendly and professional welcome. We feel really good. Dishes guaranteed to be 100% homemade (including tripoux aligot for Aveyron residents and fans of Aveyron) and good. Decent cocktails/cocktails. To recommend without hesitation
24/12/2023: Passing through before a show at the Olympia. Relaxed welcome, in a good mood. Nice music, as much as the waiter. Very good beef bourguignon and butternut soup, I recommend
