We tested this restaurant with Restopolitan, located in a small village not far from Bordeaux. The interior is superb, the staff is friendly and the dishes offered are bistronomic and very good. On occasion we will repeat the experience

Very disappointed with today's lunch, we were accustomed to it a year ago, and we find that it has changed a lot
The menu is less attractive (more iberico, more andouillette).
One of the guests' burgers had vegetables that were still cold, my breast was half a breast (this was not stipulated and it really looks bad), and it was hard and complicated to cut.
In short, we will have to find another restaurant for our business lunches.
