02/04/2024: Practical, well located, with parking
28/03/2024: Having lived in La Grande Motte for over 15 years, I have always done my shopping in this town, local merchants or craftsmen, including at Lidl.
This is the first time, this afternoon, that I find myself face to face with a cashier drunk at what she is doing, with whom I have "kindly stuck up" due to a lack of courtesy, communication, kindness, diplomacy , but above all RESPECT!
I have always had strong empathy for all the people working at La Grande-Motte over all these years and without any problem, knowing the stress and rushes they can experience, especially in summer.
But a cashier, whom I have never seen, and who allows herself to speak to me in this intonation... it's unheard of! And yet I remain discreet each time, always showing patience for good citizenship. Because I understand....
I will not mention the fund number, because I do not know the personal life of this young girl, I do not know her personal situation, nor her financial situation.
My goal being that she is not blamed...
Former fast food employee and now a nurse, I know what it's like to be at the end...
So I totally understand the situation.
Only, if I allow myself to do this through my behavior, my health manager will call me to order VERY quickly...
Lidl de la Grande-motte, please, ensure respect for your agents!!
Nevertheless, I give a good rating to all the other agents who are always kind to us, and will always come to shop with you.
But if I find myself faced with this situation again with this young woman, I will not hesitate to call someone in charge immediately.
