Excellent restaurant! Favorite for me. Excellent dish and dessert. Nothing more to say, I recommend. Friendly atmosphere and pretty decoration.

Small stop at the end of the day after visiting Sète and before taking the train. Smiling and friendly waiter. Nice and clean place. A real brasserie menu but we weren't there for that!

Brasserie Vauban is a charming place where the pleasant atmosphere is accompanied by welcoming staff. The tarte tatin they offer is simply incredible, a taste experience not to be missed.
