Very good market cuisine. Homemade and on demand. Very warm and friendly service. Quality brewery, very clean with an excellent welcome. We will come back with pleasure. I highly recommend.

I spend there from time to time on Friday afternoons to drink a coffee (and I have a little chocolate marshmallow teddy bear served with it❤️) and I find this place very pleasant. The staff is friendly and so are the owners. You have to give time to make its mark, especially when taking over a bar like the Palais...

03/04/2024: THE brasserie we like. Very good dishes, cooked on site, quite simple but really good. I had a tender lamb shank, with a very good sauce. No-frills service.
22/02/2024: While traveling in Châlons I am so disappointed not to have gone to this address sooner. A simple brasserie that doesn't look like much, but it surprises! As soon as I entered the restaurant I had the impression of encountering the smells of my grandmother's cooking. Fresh and good products, well cooked, the homemade terrine really blew me away! The staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend stopping there. And I will definitely go back. Thank you again for this past moment. I recommend !

23/02/2024: First time I went to drink a coffee. Nice little terrace despite being not far from the road but far enough to be quiet. Easy to park Person who served us very friendly I recommend and I will return there on occasion...
