Well it wasn't bad, I still haven't found a good Caesar salad in Montauban and this one was one that I liked the least composed like this: young sprouts and Rocket instead of romaine or iceberg salad, not awesome. correct breaded chicken, 2 balls of breaded sticky rice "no interest", candied tomato "that hasn't been done to me yet in a Caesar salad, another meatball with Parma ham I think inside" the only thing that I found interesting in this dish", so on the other hand I didn't find the sauce either the parmesan or the garlic which should have been inside. So unless the waitress made a mistake and gave me the wrong salad, I'm sorry this is not a Caesar salad.
