Hello, I am a regular I come very often in the morning around 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and I would like to express myself on the fact that it is always pleasant to come to your bakery today I stopped by at 10:30 a.m. as usual there had people and the service was nothing to say the saleswoman at the top the baguettes are good the countryside excellent I wonder if you changed the recipe for this one because it's really better I've been taking it for two weeks and it is excellent and the old one is better this week too so continue like that on the other hand I read the opinion of the person above I was there at exactly 10:15 a.m. an angry gentleman already at his head you can clearly see between in the shop and ask directly it's croissant and pain au chocolat are saying hello you are the type of unpleasant person there were more of them maybe he started yelling at the staff saying it wasn't normal I'll spare you the details and for the music it's simple there was no music or song it was the store's radio that I personally heard so much it YELLED in the store no one was speaking they heard that the radio which was loud suddenly no one spoke finally the human being is really disrespectful and unpleasant it's nonsense I finish with this remained focused and continue as the store manager and his team are at the top the bread and the pies are excellent I have nothing to say until Monday

I have always praised your bakery as the one that made the best bread and very good pastries. Today, in the window the tarts were overcooked and not appetizing, no more pain au chocolat, no more apple turnovers and croissants at 10:30 in the morning 😏. Moreover, in the bakery, the music was loud. I think we should restore some order at these different levels because customers will quickly be disappointed. If nothing changes as far as I am concerned I will go to Noisiel or Pontault Combault.

Heureusement que le pain est bon ainsi que les pâtisseries mais quand vous rentrez là dedans avec des musiques dont les paroles sont plus que douteuses .. avec le personnel en arrière plan qui change à tue tête... Merci mais bonjour l'image de l'enseigne... De l'entreprise .. du personnel et du patron !!! De la musique oui mais qui prône violences insultes drogue et tout le reste c'est une honte .. Je n'irai plus dans cet établissement... Il va falloir songer à revoir le recrutement du personnel... Ne pas oublier que lorsque l'on est au travail nous devons faire preuve d'une neutralité sans nom ..

Qu'elle fraîcheur de revenir dans cet établissement que je fuie depuis quelques années La nouvelle responsable est une vrai source d'énergie toujours dinamique et souriante qu'elle soit là matin ou soir Le dernier commentaire me surprend car elle a su reprendre son équipe et l'accueil n'a jamais été des plus agréables Je conseil sans modération matin midi et soir Marie la responsable qui a le même prénom que moi ... continu comme ça ne change rien .. tu es un vrai rayon de soleil 💪💪💪👌
