Simple but delicious cuisine, the cooked products are fresh and the dishes full of flavor. The team is great. Small cocooning place, very soothing decor. Remember to book as there are few tables. Saturday brunch is soooooooo!

We have just eaten our lunch, very good vegetarian meal with good value for money. Nice staff and good atmosphere, we will come back to try the brunch one day.

Great value for money. Quality products: the brunch is complete and tasty. The blue latte is a great discovery. Very welcoming and pleasant staff. The place is small but well organized and the decor is very green. Top.

Fresh and quality products. Everything is prepared on site, the same day. Everything is really delicious and the decoration is super cozy. All that’s missing is larger premises 😊

Cappuccino: The foam is melting, the aesthetics perfect, the taste just the way I like it. I love the fog on the window which expresses how nice it is inside and how lively it is. This place is a gem!

The reason I went to this place is because I liked their choice of healthy food, drinks and big choice of vegetarian food. I came around 1.30 pm and there was no place available to seat. So I decided to take a golden turmeric latte to go. I’m sure the food is delicious because there was no a single empty table but come on guys, your golden latte was a disaster 😣 I’m afraid it’s a common thing in Pau. It’s a small town and maybe it’s not a good idea to get exotic drinks here. And yes, I love turmeric and every time I see a turmeric latte I go for it. Sorry to say but yours just wasn’t delicious

I had the opportunity to eat an excellent brunch (by reservation on their Instagram or by phone) for an unbeatable price of €21 per person, which is reasonable for the quality of the products. The products are fresh and of high quality, and the presentation is neat. The service is also impeccable, and the staff are very attentive. I had a great time at BLEND's brunch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality brunch in downtown PAU!
