Really good food and very exemplary service from Ben. He was not only very friendly, but also patient and polite, which was definitely a good addition to the three-course menu. Reserve a table in good time because they fill up quickly!

The restaurant itself is a nice place to discover for any fan of the film! The service is pleasant and warm, and the food is good, although the menu is a little expensive compared to what it offers.

Is beautiful. The second time we return and I have to highlight the service, our waiter was amazing, a great deal. Delicious food as always. The place is very nice, they make you feel as if you were a little rat, I am a big fan of Ratatouille, it is my favorite

Chez Rémi is one of the restaurants to do on Disney. The service, although unprofessional, is lovely, I had a great time there despite some slight inconveniences. Having taken the full board option the prices were not exorbitant (€25 per adult) which in these conditions is ultimately excellent value for money. Classic food but in large portions. I recommend it to you on these conditions. I left with the children's éclairs also offered. Thank you Ratatouille and thoughts to Chef Gusto

We were yesterday with the sign in the full park in the middle of Easter, so it was very saturated. Please, if you are full, increase staff. The best is our waitress (combed with two coquitos) Extraordinary, attentive, friendly, agile and efficient. The starter meal is creamy and the second salad that appears on the menu with a poached egg is better than this. The children's menu is a little strange, the first ones, zucchini cream or pate. I'm lucky because my son loved the cream but I imagine that in many families the children won't try the first one. The rattuille should be true.

I returned from my stay at Disneyland. Please don't forget my comment. The 4 of us were welcomed very warmly during a dinner. The top-notch, smiling staff coughs without exception. We were served throughout our meal by Cindy, a waitress who marked our family meal at Bistro Remy, not counting our meal from starter to dessert we enjoyed ourselves, I can't find any fault to add because for us 4 there hasn't been.

I had a hard time getting a reservation, but when I checked on the day, I happened to find an empty slot, so I made a reservation without hesitation. I was able to take a seat without having to wait too long. The staff who showed us around had a great sense of humor and smiles, creating a very enjoyable atmosphere. A family of three entered the restaurant and everyone chose the remy course and ordered fish, beef, and chicken. Everything was delicious, but the sauce that came with the fish was especially delicious and had a taste I had never had before. I also ordered a drink, so I think the total cost was around 130€. Afterwards, we went on the Ratatouille ride and had even more fun.

As a huge fan of the movie Ratatouille, I absolutely loved this restaurant! The furnishings were ideally based on the film, the decorations were perfect and we could feel like we were in the film ourselves. The food was just perfect. You could taste the wonderful quality with every bite of the meat and of course the ratatouille itself was delicious. The dessert (a cheese-shaped cake) was so delicious that we even ordered a second one. The service was also very friendly and attentive and we would especially like to thank Etienne for making us laugh and making our experience even better with his positive manner! We would love to come back here 🐀🧀😁

10/05/2024: Here’s the thing: every time a princess arrived at our table, I was briefly pulled from the misery of the extraordinarily poor service and mediocre food into a brief moment of joy at seeing the expression on my daughter’s face. Then, no sooner than the princess had walked away we were met with yet another example of what I would describe as ineptitude that fell below the standard of a mediocre mid-tier chain restaurant. I can’t catalogue them all here but a lost reservation, unbussed tables with leftover food, and a 15 minute wait for a jug of pasta sauce all featured. You have to hand it to the princesses, and in particular to Cinderella on the day we were there, for managing to make an otherwise terrible experience nearly tolerable. But overall the experience left me feeling really hard done by and, frankly, bitter at Disney for cynically putting on such a poor show.
