For me the Champs district was synonymous with eating poorly or eating too expensively, a nice surprise with this brasserie. It's still expensive at 17 euros for lasagna but frankly it was good and the quantity was there. No problem finding space, even for four people and without reservation (no reservation possible), because it moves by and the service is efficient.

The food was okay, but not great either. Had the cheeseburger with fries. Really mediocre in taste. But in general I find it very difficult to eat well in Paris. Unfortunately you are allowed to smoke inside, which also dampened my mood during the meal.

The duck legs are excellent and taste great. Steak generally requires strong teeth, but it is reasonable. I've been to many places in Europe...except for some American steakhouses in the UK which are okay...other places are just average. Baked meat sauce lasagna is delicious

Stopped here for lunch on route to the arc de triomphe. I had the rigatoni bolognese, the pasta was very undercooked and overall bolognese was bang average. My wife had a cheeseburger which was lacked any sort of seasoning and taste. However the fries were great. Staff accommodating and friendly. Bit pricey for what was really poor food.

Le Cafe Jacquemart-Andre

29/07/2023: It’s located in the Jacquemart-André museum and its food was very good and the staffs were also kind. The interior is very beautiful and elegant. When you choose the dessert, they ask you to come with the them to show and pick it, and it was also a fun for me. I’m a bit sad because I heard that the museum will be closed soon for one year to renovate.
19/07/2023: Wonderful hidden cafe restaurant. We went there for tea hour (after 15h). The cakes and ice tea were wonderful. The setting is amazing: you are in a beautiful museum with amazing wall and ceiling paintings. The garden is somptuous. Service is top notch. You can access the cafe without getting a museum ticket. Unfortunately they’ll close the museum and cafe at the beginning of august 2023 for renovations. I don’t know when it’ll reopen.

13/12/2023: Beautiful and very very good Swiss bread which made it an enjoyable experience. However, the pain au chocolat disappointed me greatly: - little chocolate - poorly distributed - beautiful and voluminous puffs but too substantial compared to the dose of chocolate.
26/11/2023: I am always well received and the pastries are delicious. This is one of my favorite places in the neighborhood
