Bastid' sur Carcassonne

Super good daily menu with excellent flank steak cooking. Hearty and succulent pizzas and salads. Very warm welcome.

During our time in Carcassonne it was the only place where we found the kitchen open at 5pm so we decided to eat hamburgers and pizza here. Nothing special but acceptable food, somewhat priced for the food they serve.

Three stars because the food you can eat is good but the meat on the hamburgers is overcooked, a bit like slippers. Friendly treatment

In the center of the city of Carcassonne you will find this pizeria. The idyllic place with the plane trees in the square decorated with white and red lights on these dates. (Christmas setting) Parking is complicated, but since it is not very far from places to park, it is not complicated. Very attentive service. The pizzas are the best I've had in a long time. The quality of the ingredients is noticeable. The 4 cheeses, the dough is super spongy. Price quality. Okay To repeat.

Restaurant with conventional food (burgers, pizzas, etc.) and correct service. They speak some Spanish and, depending on the waiter/waitress, without reluctance. Somewhat long waiting times. Excellent location. The flavors of the dishes are very different, some with good flavor and others with strange flavors.
