Very very good... from the starter (burratapéro) to the dessert (tiramisu) children and adults alike are delighted. The pizzas and pasta are generously served, the cooking was perfect... All in a friendly atmosphere.

So good, the cheese and truffle pasta, the pizzas and the goat cheese salad. Good atmosphere too, especially on Fridays (with the owner who sings almost as well as Freddie Mercury). Many thanks for these warm moments!

Le Moulin du Sault

17/02/2024: Pleasantly surprised. It is quite rare to see an octopus so well garnished and so well cooked. Small mistake on cooking the meat, but very well made up for, and very quickly. Which, in the end, results in perfectly expected meat. Probably due to a communication error, this could happen. Maybe a little more work on the garnish/accompaniment to give another vision of the dish. Besides that, a great team, taking great care. Their desire to provide a wonderful evening for the client is pleasantly felt.
