BAFFO sur Paris

I recently dined at BAFFO in Paris, and it was a culinary delight. The standout dish for me was the pasta with shrimp – a harmonious blend of fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked pasta, and a flavorful sauce that made it the best I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. They recommended a wine that beautifully complemented our meals, elevating the entire dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the charm, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dessert was the perfect ending to a delightful meal, maintaining the high standard set by the preceding courses. I highly recommend BAFFO for anyone looking for an exquisite Italian meal in Paris, and I certainly look forward to my next visit.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and the wild boar with beer was excellent. However the chestnut tagliatelle was very crumbly, impossible to roll them up or lift them they broke into several small pieces. The texture seemed very hard in the mouth and unfortunately I was unable to eat my dish and came out hungry. I'm sorry because I imagine that a lot of work was put into this recipe and if you take away the texture it was very good but the dish as is is not really edible. Maybe the tagliatelle was just undercooked, which surprises me given the quality of the restaurant. Unfortunately it was very disappointing
