Auberge du Bief sur Ligny-Le-Chatel

10/05/2024: Passing for one night, we wanted to discover the chef's cuisine in this hotel with spacious rooms. Certainly the cuisine is well done and traditional despite everything the welcome from the host leaves something to be desired, an egocentric character not willing to accompany the customer so that he can have a pleasant evening. Fortunately a more cheerful waitress enhanced this atmosphere.

06/05/2024: Very good hotel with historical buildings in a suitable location relative to Chablis. What makes the house highly praiseworthy is Madame's impeccable kitchen skills: Burgundian cuisine at its best - a reason in itself to come back!
