Passing through this small village. Without reservation on Easter Sunday. Very warm welcome. Very pleasant staff. The dishes are cooked over a wood fire. A delight. The excellent lamb shank. If you pass near Bize Minervois, stop at La Sellette. Thank you to the whole team. Bernard and Jocelyne

It was an excellent meal for four with outstanding freshness and excellent flavors. The menus are well thought out, including the menu of the day, and there's a wide variety of options from which to choose. Be aware, the Profiterole is enormous!

A pleasant inn, efficient and friendly staff, a relaxing terrace and very good cuisine. A starter, main course and dessert menu for 19.90, frankly very good. For fans, a wide variety of Aubrac beef. A good address :-)

I highly recommend this address, a very nice choice of matured prime rib, from starter to dessert, a pure treat!! The team is great, thank you ☺️

Restaurant where we usually go, we are more and more disappointed. The cordon bleu meat was raw, the large rectangular potatoes were not cooked, the monkfish pepper sauce was too strong and the gouda was really too spicy. However, the service remains top notch! The staff is super nice.

This restaurant is simply magical... Last meal for Valentine's Day A treat for the taste buds. Various flavors in a single menu and well thought out. I highly recommend 😍🤤 The atmosphere, the service, everything is perfect... THANKS

After hearing so much praise about this restaurant, we couldn't wait to discover the place! We went there for the second time this evening, we were warmly welcomed despite our great delay! Being quite picky about cooking meat, I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't think I would enjoy eating meat so much 🤭 A big thank you to the whole team and especially to David for the advice given, particularly regarding the choice of wine, and especially for his sympathy. You are on top 😀

01/04/2024: Arriving at 10 in the village at the end of the afternoon we reserved our table at the last minute and it was just PERFECT!!! Everything was delicious and homemade Rachel takes great care in the dining room and Jean Marc gives the perfect combo in the kitchen. I'm not even talking about the bill which was one of the lowest that I hadn't paid in a long time. I recommend 100%
31/03/2024: Simple humble building with very welcoming hosts and skillfully cooked food with a menu containg traditional French with a number of Asian inspired dishes, very inexpensive.

26/04/2024: It’s an establishment that really deserves a lot more people to stop there! We had a wonderful evening! When you arrive, the place is already magical and at the same time super warm. The welcome is great and the servers are smiling, attentive to everything we might need and super responsive. The dishes are really very good, they could be satisfied with the quality of the products but the details are pushed to the end of the seasoning which is really pleasing! (+++ for the flowing chocolate heart) In short, a great establishment where we eat for our money, with super nice staff who go to the last detail to satisfy their customers! (From small producer olives at the start of the meal to individual towels in the toilets when leaving) Thank you for this experience :)
