Last minute reservation for Easter Monday at noon for 2 people. Very good meat cooked perfectly in blue cheese.

Been here several times. Always top. Super tasty food. Very nice and friendly service. Great selection of different wines. Very tasty potato pancakes. Also called potato pancakes. Reservation is an advantage. Restaurant completely full. And that Saturday lunchtime at 12 p.m.

We came to eat for Valentine's Day and had a great time. From the aperitif to the dessert it was flawless. The warm atmosphere, romantic decoration right down to the plate. The staff is top notch and very kind. We had a lovely time and will come back with great pleasure.

Hotel-Restaurant Le Regal

12/05/2024: Perfect family weekend. The welcome is great, the setting magnificent... the swimming pool: perfect as well as the sauna and hammam! The hotel restaurant is delicious, the staff is super friendly. Thank you all for this past weekend. Bois will be back! I recommend this hotel 100%. Go ahead, with your eyes closed!
06/05/2024: We have just returned from a short stay in St Dié. And what a great discovery! Location, cleanliness, service and friendliness of the staff! We took advantage of the swimming pool area, clean and suitable for everyone. The great park for children with animals and adapted structure. Dinner at the restaurant, we had the gourmet menu, nothing to say, everything was good! Really very attractive value for money on the entire food and wine menu! A very professional and pleasant service, and that’s also a pleasure! Room, bedding and cleanliness, really nothing to say. We had a quadruple room without balcony, the only downside (). Top breakfast, with regional products. In short, I can't wait to come back! Thank you to your teams.
