Very nice evening at the Louis IX on May 4, 2024. Very friendly welcome and refined cuisine from starter to dessert for a very reasonable price. It was a nice surprise.
We warmly recommend. The cries of Nice.

I particularly recommend this place. Quality food with fresh produce at reasonable prices. Which is notable when we see the increase in practical prices by restaurants.

Coming by chance, on a stormy evening, I was not disappointed!
The dish I had was super original, with new flavors, I loved the salty nougatine and the samosa.
The service was perfect, of rare quality. The only downside was that the meat that some of us took was really too tender.

The meal was delicious and gourmet-worthy!
The staff was kind and welcoming, the price was unbeatable for the quality of the cuisine.

Not very satisfied, it was good but small quantity, very little accompaniment, so it's expensive considering the quantity.
And the children's menu for €15: 5 nuggets, 1 teaspoon of cooked red cabbage, 3 fries and 1 ice cream that we've never seen before, it's expensive.
Only 1 toilet for the establishment, there is a queue..

Lots of attention to detail and flavors in each dish.
Classics with a twist of fennel nougatine, matcha cabbage... "Wild" fish coming directly from the Grau du Roi auction, the parillada becomes tasty and each fish is appreciated at its true value.
Restaurant away from the crowds but still in the heart of the ramparts. Something to reconcile with the restoration of Aigues Mortes, thank you for this great discovery!
