I had lunch at Monsieur Lagnes' restaurant a few weeks ago and I was absolutely won over by the quality of the cuisine and the service.
The dishes were refined and original, the products fresh and tasty, and the presentation of the plates impeccable.
The service was attentive and discreet, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and friendly.
I am deeply disappointed by the Michelin Guide's decision to remove a star from this restaurant which, in my opinion, fully deserves it.
I highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of French gastronomy.
