Au Cochon De Lait sur Paris

Excellent address for epicureans.

An unpretentious little boui-boui but oh so incredible. You can take any dish blindly, it will be excellent! The meats are perfectly cooked, the sauces remarkable and the accompaniments delicious. Everything is homemade (even the fries!) and as local as possible (meat included!). We have never been disappointed. Special mention for the service and friendly atmosphere.

A Parisian bistro that has remained “in its own juice” for the best! The 2 dishes of the day (Bœuf bourguignon and Axoa - Basque specialty) were excellent. The service is friendly.
