Asia & Co Noodle Bar sur Paris

Very good address for very good quality bo buns, at very reasonable prices compared to prices charged elsewhere. The room is however very sad, it's really not a restaurant for eating on site, in any case it hasn't been since Covid.

Very good and varied, you will definitely find what you are looking for there! For my part, after having taken bobun for a long time, I have a pho soup almost every week which is very good (contrary to what I have read in some reviews). Just remember to strip the leaves of the herbs provided yourself to put them in the soup in order to obtain all the aromas.

Most French restaurants open few hours for lunch then close for few hours until after 5 or 6pm and reopen for dinner. If you are hungry during in between time there are fast foods places like Middle Eastern kebabs, and ubiquitous boulangeries to fill the hunger. Plus a number of hard working Asian places that seems to open straight through. Asia et Co is one of them. Lucky for me as I missed lunch and too early for dinner. On a chilly day, I simply wanted a bowl of hot noodles and glad they were available here. The Satay beef pho 11.90€ was ok and kind of unfamiliar taste to me. I had much Satay experience worldwide and usually it's peanutty. Here I can't quite figure out what's in it. It actually tasted weird. Anyway people here are very nice, from their dialect they are Chinese. That's ok, most Asian eateries I've been to here are fusion anyway. There's really not a distinct linkage to what they cooked vs where they are from. Service wise bumped up rating to 4 where food was more like 3+. The herbs (cilantro, Basil) have seen better days.
