28/10/2023: Chef with professional kitchen clothing, clean aluminum on the wall for fat, well-filled plates, waiting time not too long even quite satisfactory, meat not too fatty, fries without salt (possibility of salty as desired without pre-salting) . Calm atmosphere and smiling chef.
