Restaurant located at the bottom of Arcachon Park. We tested this one on a Saturday lunchtime and there are several points to review. Dark interior and chair from another time in quite dirty fabric. The service was quick and the staff friendly, however the dishes were quite dry and not much sauce to accompany them. The positive point is the value for money for the place but is not worth 4 stars.

Frankly disappointed with this restaurant. No particular flavor in my dishes, neither good nor bad. A service leaving something to be desired and not very professional. I ordered a terrible gin fizz, completely drowned out and served in the wrong glass. In short, disappointed with the experience but no bad surprises the next day. It's already that... Look elsewhere if you're a fan of Indian.

We had the set menu for two, service was good and the girl serving was pleasant. Food came quickly and was hot, can’t say it’s the best Indian we’ve ever been to but would also say it’s not the worst. Average in every way, thought the set menu was ok value and we left with full stomachs but not with our taste buds dancing. Would try somewhere else next time we’re in town.

Le Cinq You

08/03/2024: Dinner for three. Extremely pleasant, warm place and superbly crafted decoration details. Lots of nods to Savoie and Mauritius. The food was fantastic, a mix of classic and original. The Savoie/Mauritius mix proposed raises questions and works perfectly! It's always a marvel to see chefs come up with incredible combinations and bring out different flavors in each bite. The service was impeccable, very careful, clear and professional. Bonus: our children were looked after by the hotel which hosts the restaurant, a significant plus when you are passing through and without the possibility of care to enjoy this perfect moment.
12/02/2024: Careful presentation of the dishes but the flavors do not necessarily follow. A three-part menu which turned out to be very quick (from appetizer to first dessert in just 1h30). As soon as the plates were finished we had the rest and the bread at the table was forgotten, requested and immediately removed, a shame because the one with turmeric and tomme des bauges looked nice but we didn't have time to eat it. to taste. The epic was very pleasant, smiling and attentive to our needs. The setting is very friendly and retains a charm between the rustic side of the mountain chalets and the sober reminder of the Mauritius island.

31/10/2023: Nice random discovery. Warm atmosphere, beautiful menu and home cooking. Very good value for money unlike others who overdo it in the Arcachon basin. I will come back with pleasure
11/10/2023: 2nd visit for my partner and I to this restaurant, we eat as well as ever, quietly located far from the center, friendly owners, we will come back 🙂
