The service was excellent and the ambience was nice, not too stuffy. The 4 course menu for lunch was very good. The only thing was that the portions were very small (no difference in start/main) and pretty much every dish came with some sauce poured on. The leek with chocolate sauce was a surprise hit. The main dish asparagus and cuttlefish didn’t quite live up to the expectations. It was overall a good experience with just a bit of shortcoming in the substance of main dishes. And the wines on expensive side for France.

Excellent gastronomic restaurant, very original in its cuisine and its history with a demonstrated ecological desire. The dishes are very original. We had priced the food and non-alcoholic drinks pairing which introduced us to a truly perfect variation of chocolate for dessert. The cheeses presented in ice cream were also original, as were the snails. The service was also very friendly with the perfect mix of elegance and relaxation that really puts you at ease.

The lunch menu is unbeatable value for money! It makes you want to come back in the evening... Very good food, very nice establishment!

Dishes of very good gastronomic level and overall satisfactory experience. However, some of the dishes can be divisive. Particularly the one made from cauliflower puree with meringue. 3/6 for the food and wine pairing overall. One of the 6 combinations was not very wise (too sweet, 2nd course), one of the wines (Croze Hermitage) below the level of the others which were otherwise excellent and sake and other drinks to end up anecdotal for my taste. The dishes deserve to be a little more generous, other restaurants are even generous with a 6-course meal. Excessive prices, 214€ to pay in addition to the 300€ for wonderbox (price of 250 and qq on site, the price of subsidized jobs from box providers to the nuts....) for the food and wine pairing, from the filtered water (noticeable anyway :(), 2 coffees and 2 glasses of champagne not at the right temperature. By the way, other restaurants would have offered a nice touch for a birthday that we came to celebrate. The servers must systematically offer the choice of bread variety which was not the case. I was served the spiced one even though I would have preferred the other one. The room is warm, there is nothing special in one direction or the other, 3/5 because the tables are too close to each other, a little privacy is what I personally expect from 'a classic starred restaurant. Be careful, don't get me wrong, it's a good performance, there are points to improve and/or the claims to be reconsidered in order to be generally coherent.

A festival of tastes in one evening, I will remember these unexpected associations for a long time, the choice of associated wines is also impressive.

I went for their signature menu with wine pairing. The food was very tasty and the portion was quite good. The monkfish dish was very impressive. I like the wines they picked and they explained very well the taste and notes of wine. Highly recommended!

The food and wine pairing is magical. The dishes are all excellent, varied, original and enhanced by a very well presented selection of wines. A special mention to the team in the dining room who in addition to their professionalism transmits a magnificent positive energy, with each presentation of dish we feel a beautiful emotion in presenting the dish and the discussion around the flavors begins very naturally.
